Job Summary
The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing and executing core human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive individual who can support management, improve employee engagement, and ensure HR processes run efficiently.
Job Details
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain manpower planning and workforce requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues professionally.
- Promote a positive and productive work culture.
- Support conflict resolution and employee counseling.
Performance Management
- Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee performance and development plans.
- Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Organize internal and external training sessions.
- Track training effectiveness and employee skill development.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company rules, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Support payroll processes and salary administration.
- Assist in managing employee benefits and welfare schemes.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
HR Reporting & Administration
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Maintain HR files, contracts, and personnel records.
- Support audits and internal HR reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant HR experience (manufacturing industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
