Job Summary


We are seeking for a fresh BSc holder that is highly motivated and results-driven to join us as a Sales Executive. 

Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Learn and understand company products/services and sales processes.
2 Assist in lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
3.Visit clients/customers and present company offerings.
4 Support sales team in proposal creation, client communication, and deal closure.
5.Maintain CRM/database with updated client information and interactions.
6. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and market research.
7. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets under supervision.
8. Provide regular feedback on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
 

Requirements

Requirements 
1. BSc in (Marketing/Sales specialization preferred) from a recognized Small / Mid-level B-School.
2. 0–2 years of experience (internships or project work in sales/marketing is a plus).
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Willingness to travel and work in a field sales environment.
5. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools is a plus.
7. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
8. Proficient in Local language.
